1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided at https://arungupta.info.np, including booking advisory sessions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Professional Services

Consultations, ERP advisory, tax guidance, and audit readiness reviews are provided based on information disclosed during sessions. Advisory outputs are intended for professional guidance and do not replace statutory audit obligations unless formalized under a separate client agreement.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Consultation sessions scheduled through our platform generate a Google Calendar invite and Google Meet link. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice by replying to the confirmation email or contacting [email protected].

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arun Gupta shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website unavailability or reliance on preliminary advisory discussions.
